Tube Girl (Sabrina Bahsoon)
On June 6, Dior tapped the London Tube-dancing sensation to front its Rouge Blush campaign, spinning a carousel spot across Reels and TikTok. The brand also chartered a fully wrapped Jubilee-line train for a flash-mob shoot, with Sabrina choreographing 20 micro-creators in one continuous vertical take. Early numbers: 6.1 M views in 24 h, 11 % engagement, and “Tube Girl” searches on Google Trend up 1 900 %.
Our take: paired movement + product close-ups is a masterclass in algorithmic stickiness—beauty brands, start budgeting for transit-takeover stunts.

🏆 Reader of the Week
![]() B. Dylan Hollis | B. Dylan Hollis (Vintage-Recipe Alchemist)🌉 Background: Wyoming-based TikTok baker (10 M followers) famous for jazz-era desserts and acerbic humor; debut cookbook hit NYT #1 last summer. 👑 Achievement: On June 8, Hollis premiered “Cooking on 78 RPM,” a 6-part PBS Digital series recreating 1920-50 radio-show recipes—funded by a $450 K Kickstarter closed in 38 hours. |
Here is the story …
Episode 1’s potato-chip cookies drew 4.3 M YouTube views in 48 h; the companion TikTok teaser hit 12 M and pushed his enamel-pin merch line to a same-day sell-out. Sponsorship slots for the final episode auctioned on ReachStream for an average CPM of $72, triple food-vertical norms.
Hollis also launched a Substack–Patreon bundle (“Baking Time Capsule”) promising monthly deep-dive PDFs and a members-only flour subscription.
Translation: niche history, sharp format hooks, and multi-platform packaging still convert—CPG brands chasing heritage vibes should bake him in fast.
Why it matters: We see more and more of niche players in the creators market; aka cooking influencers, store tellers, athletes and else.
Did You Know? LinkedIn says posts boosted through its new Thought Leader Ads averaged 3.6× higher click-through than standard Sponsored Content in the first week of the external-creator beta.
